DUBLIN — If you missed registering for fall semester classes at Bladen Community College, it’s not too late. BCC will offer a number of short courses that begin later in the semester and others that take place during the holidays.

Twelve eight-week classes will begin on Oct. 16 and will run through Dec. 13.

Registration for these classes is currently in progress and will end on Oct. 16. Many of these are classes that virtually every student in a curriculum program at the college will have to take before they can graduate. Among these classes are three classes of Success and Study Skills (College Orientation) and two classes of College Transfer Success, another required orientation class. In addition, one class each will be offered of the following: Art Appreciation, Critical Thinking, Music Appreciation, Intro Political Science, Life Span Development, General Psychology and Introduction to Sociology.

In addition, six four-week classes will begin on December and end on Jan. 3. Registration for these classes begins on Nov. 4. They include one class each of Success and Study Skills, Art Appreciation, American History 1, Keyboarding, Intro Political Science, and World Religions. Registration for these classes will continue through Dec. 9.

Stop by Student Services in Building 2 and talk to a counselor, or for more information on registering, call 879-5500 and ask to speak to a curriculum counselor.
