ELIZABETHTOWN — On Saturday, the Christian Women’s Job Corps held a ribbon-cutting ceremony {VIDEO} to officially open as a ministry in Bladen County. Located at 509 S. Cypress Street, the office will be the site of mentoring groups, Bible studies, tutoring, and job skill instruction for women trying to get back on their feet after trauma.
