Each year the students at Dublin Elementary School submit a hand-drawn picture of what the Peanut Festival means to them in hopes of being selected as that year’s T-shirt design winner. The Peanut Festival T-shirt Committee then goes through the drawings and selects the one that stands out from the rest. This year’s winner is Riley McIntyre., who is the son of Derek and Elaine McIntyre and a fourth-grader in Cindy Clark’s class. He loves the weather and outer space, which was his inspiration for his T-shirt design drawing.
