Dictionaries for students

ELIZABETHTOWN — The members of the Elizabethtown Rotary Club met at the Elizabethtown Municipal Building on Wednesday and prepared dictionaries for distribution to the third-grade students of the Bladen County Schools.

The dictionary project is a joint effort of the Elizabethtown and Bladenboro Rotary Clubs.

The project is one that the clubs’ members look forward to each year. The dictionaries include fun facts, an almanac, mathematics and physics information, besides definitions for words.

The Rotarians will now deliver the dictionaries to the students and show them how to use them.
