ELIZABETHTOWN — East Bladen High School’s FFA is having their annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale. Waving Petunia hanging baskets are $10, Bronzed Leaf Begonias in red or pink in six-inch pots are $2.50, and Red Wave Petunias in six-inch pots are $2.50. Baskets are available from 3-4 p.m. or by appointment.
The Plant Sale is a major fundraiser for the chapter, the proceeds of which have helped the FFA attend a Hunter Safety Competition, the North Carolina State Environthon, and various educational field trips. Persons needing additional information may contact Amy Stephens at 645-2500.
