ELIZABETHTOWN — Emergency shelters in Bladen County handled about 180 individuals furing the weekend storm. Three of those shelter closed on Sunday, with East Bladen High remaining open and serving 12 people as of Monday morning.
All Bladen Schools are closed on Monday for students and staff.
