DUBLIN — Bladen Community College Foundation’s fall fundraiser, Seafood & Sunset, originally scheduled for the week after Hurricane Matthew, has been rescheduled.

“Over the past week, we have heard from many of our college employees, staff and students. They are working hard to get things back to normal or as close as they can, so that they can return to work and to their classes. However, we also are hearing about some of our students, who have lost everything or have been displaced,” said Linda Burney, BCC Foundation Director. “We look forward, as we join together at The Venue on Thursday, Nov. 10, to embrace a unique opportunity to assist our students, who look to us to provide the hope that they will need as they move forward.”

Seafood & Sunset will take place Thursday, Nov. 10, at 6 p.m. at The Venue at Regal Resort in White Lake. All current sponsorships and reservations will be honored.

Questions or concerns may be directed to the foundation office at 910-879-5519 or lburney@bladencc.edu.
