DUBLIN — The Small Business Center of Bladen Community College is offering no-cost seminars in August. They are:

— Social Media for Non-Profits and Churches is scheduled for Tues., Aug. 8, from 6 until 8 P.M., at the East Arcadia Center. This seminar will provide guidance and tools for non-profits and churches for reaching and engaging volunteers, donors, and recipients.

— Putting the Fun into Your Fundraising is planned for Saturday, Aug. 19, from 9 a.m. until noon on the Dublin campus. The class provides tips to improve your fundraising efforts.

— Students interested in Online Tools and Apps for Small Business can register online on Wednsday, Aug. 16, at 1 p.m. This webinar will focus on freemium tools and apps to help start and grow small businesses.

— Students may also register for 10 Tips and Tricks to Your Pitch on Monday, Aug. 21, at 7 p.m. This webinar is insightful for entrepreneurs who want to make their most powerful presentations about their businesses.

— 10 Google Tools for Your Small Business is being offered on Friday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m. This webinar will highlight many of the tools available at no-cost to small businesses from Google.
