Reward offered for information on firearms theft

ELIZABETHTOWN — A $10,000 reward is being offered for any information that will lead to the arrest of individuals who broke into Bladen Hardware on South Poplar Street on July 16 and fled the store with numerous firearms.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, along with the National Shooting Sports Foundation, have joined together to offer $5,000 each in the case.

Bladen Hardware, a federal firearms licensee, was forcibly entered shortly after 11 p.m. There has been no indication on the exact number or of the type of firearms stolen.
