RALEIGH — Tavoy W. Walls of Clarkton has been awarded the NCNG Soldiers and Airmens Fund Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 by the North Carolina National Guard Association Educational Foundation.
Walls has excelled academically, participated in various community and school activities, and is attending North Carolina State University.
