CULLWWHEE — Lateia E. Kelly, Chrystal H. Outland and Stephanie A. Thurman of Elizabethtown Primary School recently attended programs held at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching, a recognized national leader in professional development programming for our state’s teachers.
