The National Weather Service in Wilmington is reporting that Bladen County will see a mix of winter weatherthroughout Wednesday and overnight into Thursday.
“A strong winter storm will continue to produce a mixed bag of winter precipitation across the Eastern Carolinas into Thursday,” the NWS home page stated.
Bladen County, which received about 5 inches of snow on Tuesday, will se snow in the morning hours that will turn to freezing rain and sleet through the afternoon.
The freezing precipitation is expected to continue overnight.
Today’s high is expected to be 31 degrees, which will also be the low overnight.
