We settled this great country, every foot one by one. We fought for our freedoms and also for this land. We said prayers in our schools and gave allegiance to a flag. God was with us then, every woman, child and man. Our father’s came here with a passion for work and prayer. And they saw an opportunity to build something good and new. And they were very determined to make it back then, not afraid to work in the fields when their family needed shoes.
When this country was fresh and new our need for land would grow. And to keep us safe and alive, Native Americans were pushed far away. Yes, we’ve fought many of our enemies and have defeated them one and all. People were stubborn and determined but they knew they were here to stay.
Hard work was tedious, long and hot but it gave men a sense of pride. Is there a need for government when you can grow your own food? And when you needed a house or barn, neighbors would help you build. Each family and church cared for you then and helped set a mood. An old adage states that if it’s not broken, there’s no need to fix it. So let me ask you, why did our government change the educational system? They’ve lowered the standards so that others would have a fair chance. And now, many of our children can’t even read, sign their names or spell scholasticism. All that was good in our land then, is been destroyed by Congress now.
Ask yourself if our great rail system could be built by the men of today. And under our current regulations, could Noah have built his ark for God? And then, could the massive interstate highway system be built without delay? Ask yourself why our children can’t sell lemonade and cookies anymore or why are Christian traditions are being ignored for the sake of a few? Because people have failed to speak up, our children can’t say prayer at the start of a day. But nobody would ever stop a Muslim from doing so, even if theirs was an insult to me or you.
These and other things are bothering me today as I hope they are you. Take for instance the fact that we are being controlled and spied upon more and more these days by our own federal government. The same federal government that is supposed to be taking care of the needs we have that the individual states can’t provide. But as for spying and controlling us, that’s generally left up to the likes of communist and socialist dictators, not the president of this great country.
For those who don’t know or understand what the Constitution is, bear in mind that if it were not for it, you and your children would be far worse off than you are now. So why do we continue to allow this president to violate it as he sees fit? Why do we sit idly by while he ignores the duties of the legislature by going around them? Why do we continue to allow him to change a law which has been passed by Congress, every time it suits him? Remember, only Congress is permitted by the Constitution to make and amend the laws of this country, not the president. Lord help us. I could go and on about this man they call Barack Hussein Obama, but sadly, no one seems to be listening.
Then again, on the off chance that you are, vote these Democrats out of office and let’s save this nation from destruction. Put sanity back into politics, vote Republican. Think about it.
