RALEIGH — The N.C. Pecan Growers Association will hold its annual educational workshop and orchard tour on Saturday, Feb. 15, at Lu Mil Vineyard, located off N.C. Highway 87 in Dublin.
The meeting is open to pecan growers and those interested in learning more about pecan production in the state. Topics will include planting, production issues, tree spacing, and insect and disease management. The event also will include a tour and demonstrations at a nearby orchard.
