WHITE LAKE — The Department of Transportation, Division 6, located at White Lake, held a luncheon on Thursday for Brenda Todd. Todd retired with 31 years of service and she was the department’s first female assigned to the maintenance division. Todd retired as a level one transportation supervisor.
