District Attorney Jon David on Tuesday released the following statement concerning the investigation into the death of 17-year-old Lennon Lee Lacy on Aug. 29:“The victims family, and the community, can rest assured that a comprehensive investigation is well underway. All death investigations, particularly those involving children, are given top priority by my office. We have been working closely with the Bladenboro Police Department and the State Bureau of investigation since this matter was first reported.
