Racing set for Saturday at Dublin Motor Speedway

DUBLIN — Racing at Dublin Motor Speedway will return Saturday as the Speedway will host the Ultimate Super Late Model Series, which will pay $5,000 to win plus racing in Late Model, Open Wheel Modified, Super Street, Pure Stock, and U-Cars.

Along with the return of the Ultimate Super Late Model Series, the Limited Late Model Division will be having a special event paying $2,000 to win along with $100 to start (25 Laps).

Also, the top five payout for the Limited Late Model division will be: First – $2,000; second – $850; third – $650; fourth – $600; and fifth – $500. The No. 6 spot on back will be regular payout.

Kyle Taylor with Bobby Taylor Oil out of Elizabethtown has put up a $200 pole award for the fastest qualifier for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series. There will also be a $100 pole award for the fastest qualifier for the Limited Late Model division.

Pits open at 3 p.m. Saturday with grandstands opening at 4 p.m. Practice is set for 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow.

Admission prices Saturday are:

— Grandstands: Adults $20; senior and military $17; students (13 to 18) $13; under 12 free with a paying adult; VIP is $35 per adult.

— Pits: Adults $30; ages 6 to 12 are $15; under 5 are free.

Senior, military, and students must have ID for current admission.
