DUBLIN — Bladen Community College encourages men and women interested in a law enforcement career to contact the college for information about the upcoming Basic Law Enforcement Training Academy registration on Thursday, Oct. 22.
The BCC program combines physical conditioning with required classwork. Coursework includes intensive training in the use of firearms, emergency vehicle operation, defense tactics, legalities, and diffusing domestic violence. Classes begin on Monday, Oct. 26.
Because enrollment in the program requires completion of specific pre-requisite documents, it is important to contact the college now.
