ELIZABETHTOWN — With additional rain and high winds expected overnight, all Bladen County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay for students and staff on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
This additional time in the morning will allow Transportation and Emergency Operations officials time to ensure roads are clear and safe for travel.
