ROSE HILL — Bladen County will be represented with finalists in Friday’s championship games of the Four County Conference girls and boys basketball tournament at Union High.
The Lady Eagles of East Bladen, 26-0 and ranked No. 1 in the state among Class 2-A schools, will face the 22-4 Lady Dark Horses of Clinton, the tournament’s No. 2 seed, at 6 p.m. in the title game. East Bladen defeated Clinton during the regular season, 58-30 on Dec. 17 and 42-38 on Jan. 26.
Game time is 6 p.m.
The Knights of West Bladen, 20-6 and the No. 4 seed in the tournament, will take on No. 3 seed Clinton, 17-8, in the boys championship. West Bladen knocked off Clinton in the regular season twice — 70-65 on Jan. 8 and 72-63 on Feb. 5.
Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
