Barnhill gets Navy promotion

Petty Officer Third Class Devon R. Barnhill was recently promoted to her present rank by the US Navy.
Barnhill is stationed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, Washington, where she is training as an Air Traffic Controller.
A 2003 graduate of East Bladen High School, she is the daughter of Sharon and Kelly Barnhill of Elizabethtown. She is the granddaughter of J. E. Barnhill of Clarkton and Mel and Phyllis Elliott of Gimlin, Manitoba.
