Volunteers are needed to help with the annual Bladen County Shrine Club Fish Fry Oct. 19.

Plates will be sold at three locations this year: the Food Lion parking lot in Elizabethtown, Bo's in Bladenboro, and Town Hall in Tar Heel. Plates will be available for eating in or take out in all locations.

Helpers are needed to cook, bread fish and assemble plates.

To volunteer in Tar Heel call Terry Baker at 862-8994; for Bladenboro, call Steve Bunn at 862-6960; and in Elizabethtown, call John Dove at 862-3412.

Plates are $6. Tickets are available from any member of the Shrine. All proceeds go to the Shriner's Crippled Children's Hospitals.
