The Lady Eagles, who finished play with a 10-2 league record, are the conference 1A champions. West finished second in the league overall behind unbeaten St. Pauls.
West Bladen's record fell to 7-4 in league play and 10-7 overall. The Lady Knights finished third in the conference standings with their four losses coming against East Bladen and St. Pauls.
East Bladen won the first two games in Wednesday's contest by scores of 25-21 and 25-23.
The Lady Knights fought back to tie the match after winning the next two games by scores of 25-21 and 26-24.
East won the fifth and deciding game by a score of 15-13.
Nikki Fields had 1o kills for West Bladen and Lindsay Rice and Caroline Wells had eight and four kills respectively.
