A graveside service will beheld at 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008, at the Pait Cemetery in Bladenboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents Manchester and Ethel D. Carroll; brother, Eugene Carroll; and sister, Elizabeth Byrd.
He is survived by his sons, Marion “Chester” Carroll of Laurinburg; William “Tim” Carroll of Maxton; a brother, Hubert Carroll of Bladenboro; a sister, Lou Ella Wike of Bladenboro; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Richard Boles Funeral Service in Laurinburg.
