David Lee Russ of Elizabethtown has been recognized by the United States Achievement Academy for academic achievement as a United States National Honor Student Award Winner.

Russ, who attends Clarkton School of Discovery, will appear in the United States Achievement Academy’s Official Yearbook which is published nationally.

“Recognizing and supporting our youth is more important than ever before in America’s history. Certainly, United States Achievement Academy winners should be congratulated and appreciated for their dedication to excellence and achievement,” said Dr. George Stevens, founder of the USAA.

The USAA National Honor Student Awards provide honor students with many benefits and services and is a great tribute to the students dedication, talent and ability.

Russ is the son of Gaston Russ of Bladenboro and Jim and Judy Dufault of Elizabethtown. The grandparents are Gary and Gayle Hauser of White Oak; David and Mary Russ of Bladenboro; Larry and Phyllis King of Elizabethtown and Wayland and Louise Dufault of St. Johns, Fl.
