She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie West.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Arthur Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Bladen Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home.
She is survived by two sons, Glenn West of Houston, Tx. and Roy West of Bladenboro; four daughters, Deborah "Debbie" Edwards and Elizabeth Bryan, both of Bladenboro, Barbara Jane Pait of St. Pauls and Ruby West of Wilmington; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
