Three additional arrests have been made as a part of the county’s drug campaign round-up, Elizabethtown Police Chief Bobby Kinlaw said Wednesday.
Joseph Leon Ward, 40, of 1600 Martin Luther King Dr., Elizabethtown, was arrested on Jan. 29, and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine; selling cocaine; delivery of cocaine; manufacturing cocaine; and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, Kinlaw said. He was booked in the Bladen County Jail on a $75,000 secured bond.
Patrick Tremaine Rhodie, 26, of 908 James St., Elizabethtown, was charged with three counts each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine; selling cocaine; delivery of cocaine; and manufacturing cocaine; and one count of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance after his Jan. 30 arrest, reports showed. He was booked on a $40,000 secured bond.
Jabral Tyon Rogers, 18, of 905 Joel St., Elizabethtown, was arrested on Feb. 2, and charged with trafficking opium; possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver opium; selling opium; delivery of opium; and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, Kinlaw said. He was booked on a $105,000 bond.
