ELIZABETHTOWN — Two Elizabethtown men were charged with drug offenses last week in separate arrests.

Christopher James Brisker, 21, of 3544 Old Fayetteville Road, Lumberton, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine; sell cocaine; deliver cocaine; and manufacture cocaine, Elizabethtown Police Chief Bobby Kinlaw said Friday.

Brisker was arrested at the Bladen County Courthouse around 1 p.m., on Thursday, March 5. He was booked in the Bladen County Jail on a $10,000 secured bond, Kinlaw said.

Carlton Terrell Smith, 17, of 1215 Martin Luther King Dr., Elizabethtown, was arrested on Friday, March 6, at 9:40 a.m., on Dunham Street in Elizabethtown, he said. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, according to reports.

Smith is a student at East Bladen High School, Kinlaw said.
