Arianna Nicole Nye of Fayetteville and Jared Heath Allen of Tar Heel were united in marriage on Saturday, June 20, at 2 p.m. at Tar Heel Baptist Church with the Rev. Warren Hill presiding.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Kimberly Nye of Fayetteville and Anthony and Jennifer Bryan of Bladenboro. She is the granddaughter of Mickey Nye of Elizabethtown and Pete and Bandie Batton of Dublin.
She is a graduate of Cape Fear High School and attends UNC-Wilmington.
The groom is the son of Jimmy and Trish Allen of Tar Heel and Cindy Allen of Bridgewater, Va. He is the grandson of Lewin and Norma Armentrout of Keezletown, Va and Jim Allen Sr. and Inez Allen of Tar Heel.
He is a graduate of West Bladen High School and is employed by Coastal Window and Door Center.
The honor attendant was Whitney Nye and bridesmaids were Jessica Cotter, Amanda Parks, Kennedy Smith and Katie Nye.
The groom chose Jonathan Allen as his best man and groomsmen were Nathan Priest, Andy Murillo, Dakota Fields and Lucas McNeill.
Hayden Batton served as flower girl and Ty Allen served as ring bearer for the ceremony.
Ginnie Varnam provided a program of wedding music.
The wedding was directed by Alice Allen.
After a honeymoon trip to Cozumel, Mexico and Key West, Fla., the couple plan to reside in Tar Heel.
