BLADENBORO — Easter celebrations are planned Saturday and Sunday at Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
Saturday at 11 a.m., children of all ages are welcome to an Easter Celebration and Egg Hunt. They will hear the Easter story, enjoy games and have lunch.
Sunday at 6:30 a.m., the Easter Sunrise Worship Service is scheduled in the old cemetery, followed by breakfast in the Family Life Center. Sunday school classes are at 10 a.m., and the morning worship service at 11 a.m.
During the morning service, an Easter cantata from the adult choir is planned, along with observance of the Lord’s Supper and a special Easter message in celebration of Christ’s resurrection.
