ELIZABETHTOWN — Operation Christmas Child, the shoebox ministry connected to Samaritan’s Purse, collected 10,041 boxes at the Elizabethtown Central Drop Off.
Pat Warwick, of Fellowship Bible Church, is the coordinator here and said the ministry is continuing to grow.
The site in Elizabethtown collected for Bladen and Columbus counties. Boxes were paced with small gifts and hygiene products, and messages of love.
All boxes were prayed over several times before being shipped.
