ELIZABETHTOWN — One candidate visited the Bladen County Board of Elections on Thursday to file for the Nov. 7 municipal election.
Lillian L. Graham filed to run for a seat with the East Arcadia Town Council.
She joins 14 others who are now on the ballot county wide.
