ELIZABETHTOWN — Jim Borst of Elizabethtown brought 10 blankets from he and his wife Laurie for the Roger’s Wish project at the Bladen Journal.
The Borsts’ donation pushed the fifth annual collection drive past 75 blankets.
The 2017 Roger’s Wish project ends Tuesday at 5 p.m. All of the items collected will be distributed to Bladen County residents in need on Friday, Nov. 3, at the Bladen Journal office starting at 9 a.m.
