ELIZABETHTOWN — Applications are now being accepted for the 11th annual Bladen County Youth Focus Project Pageant, which will be held Jan. 13, 2-018, at the Paul R. Brown Building at 1360 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Elizabethtown.
Females and males between the ages of 5 years and above may participate.
