ELIZABETHTOWN — The Bladen County Board of Commissoiners on Monday elected Ray Britt as the new county chairman in a 5-4 vote over Charles Ray Peterson. The board then voted 5-4 to elect Michael Cogdell as the county vice chairman over Ashley Trivette.
