The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Bladen, Pender, Brunswick, Columbus, and New Hanover counties until 10:45 a.m. today.

According to the National Weather Service, doppler radar showed heavy rainfall moving through which could cause flooding. The radar shows that rainfall amounts totaling 2to 5 inches have already fallen.

Elizabethtown is expected to experience some flooding, according to warning.
