BLADENBORO — The town has continued their meeting from earlier this month on April 8 for a third time, with the next meeting being April 30 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall.

The most recent meeting was Monday night, and the board discussed everything from replacing the engine in their police car, to capital requests for the next year’s budget to deciding what streets needed to be paved.

Powell Bill money for paving needs to be spent and a number of streets came under scrutiny including Elm, Palmetto, Juniper, Ivey, Vine, Dogwood, Poplar and Edward.

The meeting will continue next week with more discussion on the budget.
