RALEIGH — Deadlines have passed for survivors to register for assistance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Small Business Administration low-interest disaster loans.
However, FEMA says there are still ways to seek help for unmet needs from Hurricane Florence. The storm pounded North Carolina in September, leaving behind an estimated $22 billion in damage, according to the National Hurricane Center’s report.
