CLARKTON — A Tuesday night town board meeting yeilded a few actions.

The board voted to transfer the title of the newly purchased rescue boat to the Clarkton Fire Department.

The board also approved an agreement with Barbara McKoy. She had previously requested to come off the town’s sewer system and go back onto her exisiting septic system.

The Clarkton Dixie Youth lease agreement was also presented and signed by the board for the continued use of the baseball field. Concerns have been raised about electrical and plumbing work previously.

Public Works Director Chris Hall has expressed that there is some work that needs to be done, and that inspections revealed some needed repairs. The board requested that Hall make a list and give it to the Clarkton Dixie Youth group.
