ELIZABETHTOWN — Chariman Charles Ray Peterson accepted a presentation on behalf of Bladen County commissioners from Tim Holloman, executive director of Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority, on Monday evening.
The county was recognized for its 50th anniversary as a member of the group.
