ELIZABETHTOWN — The board of directors for Harmony Hall Plantation Village met for the first time since the passing of long-time Field Marshal Bobby Lewis, coming together on Tuesday to continue the work of preserving the local history centering around the White Oak plantation site.

Acting President Harry Larock, Secretary Judy Elkins and board members Cindy Harrelson, Jane Pruitt, Eric Melvin, Sunday Allen and Brandon Moore worked on preparations for the general meeting of members slated for Thursday, April 21, at the Elizabethtown Town Hall at 7 p.m.

Harmony Hall Plantation Village remains open for visitors each Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. and several groups are scheduled for visits during the weeks ahead.
