It seems strange that a year ago today I got a chance to take this picture while all bundled up, standing at the base of the Eastern Rocky Mountains. It is also strange that if I were in Wyoming right now, I would get the exact same picture as the mountains look the same. As we look at the picture of the week, we can be glad for the weather that we have been provided here on “Mother Nature’s Playground” in Bladen County. The challenge this week is to go out and snap a picture and come back one year to the day and see if things have changed. Odds are, they will.
