DUBLIN – The Small Business Center of Bladen Community College is offering no-cost seminars in June.

They include:

Marketing for Events, Trade Shows, and Expos is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The workshop will illustrate how to plan and execute the best possible exhibit for your business. The class will meet in building 2, room 202, on the main campus in Dublin.

Starting a Business in Bladen County is meeting on Tuesday, June 13, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Bladen County Public Library. The seminar will focus on useful trends, data, and information to start or grow a business in this particular business area.

Identifying and Avoiding Threats to Your Business is planned for Tuesday, June 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the East Arcadia Center. This seminar will reveal common threats for small businesses, assist attendees in determining their vulnerability, and demonstrate ways to avoid business pitfalls.

Connect with Local Customers is a livestream webinar scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, from noon until 1:30 p.m. The workshop will examine the evolving local landscape of online searching. Attendees can meet on the Dublin campus in building 2, room 207, or pre-register to watch at a location of your choice.

How to Start a Drone Business is being presented on Saturday, June 24, from 9 a.m. until noon on the main campus in building 2, room 202.

All seminars are open to the public and provided at no charge due to special funding arrangements for the Small Business Center and Bladen Community College.
