WECT: Pender man charged with break-ins in several counties

ONSLOW COUNTY — A Pender County man is in jail in Onslow County accused of breaking into storage units in several counties.

According to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, David Allen Brinson, 32, of Maple Hill was taken into custody by investigators on Wednesday.

He’s believed to be responsible for break-ins at storage units in Duplin, Jones, Onslow, and Pender counties.

Brinson was charged with four counts each of felony possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods. He was also charged with possession of a stolen firearm.

Brinson was booked in the Onslow County Detention Center under a $30,000 bond.
