DUBLIN — Bladen Community College has announced the following staffing promotions:
— Carlton Bryan, former registrar, is now Disabilities, Testing, and Veterans Services director.
— Former Assistant Registrar Andrea Carter-Fisher is now registrar.
— Bridgette Singletary, former cashier, is now accounting specialist.
— Former Accounting Coordinator Roy Thompson is now accounting specialist and construction project coordinator.
