RALEIGH — Local Government Federal Credit Union recently recognized Carleigh E. Parrish of Elizabethtown with an LGFCU Scholarship Award.

Parrish, will use the scholarship to study at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is one of 120 high school seniors and post-secondary students that will have extra money to apply toward their education at the university, community or technical college of their choice.
