DUBLIN — Bladen Community College is offering community service courses for personal interest and growth.

— Cake Decorating will be offered on Tuesdays from Nov. 24 through Dec. 1 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bladenboro Community Building.

— Couponing 101 is scheduled for Wednesdays and Mondays, Nov. 18 through Nov. 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., on the main campus in building 20, room 108A.

— Floral Arranging is offered on Tuesdays beginning Nov. 24 and continuing through Dec. 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elizabethtown Florist.

— Crafts on a Budget is scheduled for Monday nights beginning Nov. 23 and meeting through Dec. 7, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the main campus in building 20, room 109.

— Christmas Decorations will meet on Tuesdays beginning Nov. 24 and continuing through Dec. 8 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in building 20, room 109.

— Christmas Wreath Making is scheduled for Tuesdays beginning Dec. 1 and meeting through Dec. 15 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the main campus in building 20, room 109.

— Paint Night meets on only one night, but is offered twice during December at Lu Mil Vineyard. Sign up for a class on either Saturday, Dec. 3, or Saturday, Dec. 17. The class meets one time from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.

— Shag Lessons will be scheduled on Thursday nights from 6 to 7 p.m. when at least 16 students have been enrolled.

— Guitar Lessons will be offered on Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m. when 16 students have enrolled.

We also will be offering Piano for Beginners, Line Dancing, Watercolor from Start to Finish, Crafts, PC & Laptop Maintenance, Weddings on a Shoestring Budget, Cross Stitching, Gardening, and Ballroom Dancing during our spring semester.

Costs for these courses range from $10 to $60. Students may need to purchase some supplies. Students should pre-register at the Continuing Education Department in building 2 on the college’s main campus or contact Stephanie Gonzalez at 910-879-5539 for more information.
