Beth Car Presbyterian Church in Tar Heel held its Christmas program — a musical titled ‘What Was It Like?’ — on Sunday. Once inside the church doors, visitors were treated to such highlights as Riley Stoudt and Pastor Johnny Simpson singing ‘Silent Night’; Jameson Hughes playing ‘O Come, O Come Emmanuel’ on his cello; narration by Eleanor Cunningham and piano performance by Susan LeFevers; and plenty of food and fellowship after the program.
