ELIZABETHTOWN — Hands On Africa, a nonprofit group from the African continent, will be in Bladen County next month for a three-day revival.

“Incredible as it sounds, a team from Africa will be in the U.S. during the first part of November …” said Bruce Cannon, mission director for Bladen Baptist Association. “Their goal is to help bring revival to the Church in the U.S.”

The group will be at Elizabethtown Baptist Church on the evenings of Sunday, Nov. 8; Monday, Nov. 9; and Tuesday, Nov. 10. The revival will begin at 7 p.m. each night. The church is located at 1800 W. Broad St. in Elizabethtown.

“Their worship is so simple, meaningful and so full of expression,” Cannon said. “I am absolutely amazed at how much more ‘grounded’ in the Word they are as compared with the average U. S. believer.”

The event is free and open to the public.
