ST. PAULS — East Bladen welcomed eight walks and added five singles en route to a 10-0 win at St. Pauls on Monday night in high school baseball.
The Eagles’ Brady Hollingsworth and Dan Tatum each walked twice, and Greyson Heustess, Shy Pone, Lefredrick Wooten, Gabe Barber and Josh McKoy each hit safely.
Pone scored three times and Wooten twice. Barber had a two-run single to give the guests an 8-0 lead during a five-run fourth inning.
Senior Pierce Melvin went the first four innings and earned the win, allowing two hits and striking out five.
